BASIC BUYING INFORMATION
This is not an on-line store. There is no way to click on an item and put it in a shopping cart, then make your purchase using a credit card. One of the reasons I closed the company down in June 2005 was that we lost our credit card merchant account.
This is simply a listing of the Bound & Gagged magazines I have in inventory, and the prices I am charging for them.
For payment, I can only accept money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks sent through the mail. Be forewarned that personal checks may have to be held for ten or more business days.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
To order, take a sheet of paper and write down the issue number or the name of the magazine(s) you want to buy and their price(s), add everything up, include shipping and handling (see below), write your money order or check to The Outbound Press, and mail it with your order to The Outbound Press, PO Box 8710, New York, NY 10116.
Every order must be accompanied by an over-21 statement.

In the U.S., add $7.60 for U.S.P.S. priority mail shipping & handling for the first magazine plus $2.50 for each additional magazine.For orders coming from outside the U.S., e-mail me (Bob@boundandgagged.com) a list of the publications you want and I will e-mail you back the shipping and handling fee.
